  1. Ek wil graag weet as my huiswerker 2 keer per maand (12 ure) werk op Donderdae..moet ek ‘n ooreenkoms laat teken?

    • Antwoord an Mev Schmidt: Nee, dit is nie nodig om ‘n ooreenkoms te teken nie – werknemers wat minder as 24 uuur per maand werk val buite die raamwerk van die Sektorale Vasstelling vir die Huiswerkersektor. Die minimum loon geld egter wel.

  2. Ek wil graag uitvind is dit loon vir ‘n huiswerker wat net een keer per week in kom in Pretoria omgewing?

    • Antwoord aan Esti: Dit sal bereken moet word volgens die uurloon – met ingang 1 Desember 2102 is die minimum uurloon R8,95 per uur.

  3. My Ma is 79 jaar en ons wil iemand voltyds by haar laat inwoon. Sy doen huiswerkies en moet dan vir my Ma etes bedien. Sy slaap by my Ma in die huis, gebruik water en elektrisiteit en eet 3 etes per dag. Sy is Sondae af en een naweek per maand. Watter loon moet ons aan haar betaal per maand?

    • Antwoord aan Marlene: Sektorale Vasstelling 7 vir Huiswerkers is hier van toepassing. Die huidige minimum loon (behalwe in landelike gebiede), geldig tot 30 November 2012, is R8,34 per uur.
